Acceptance of Terms

By using TarotWise, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

Description of Service

TarotWise provides free AI-powered online tarot tools and optional one-time personalized digital reports. Free readings do not require an account; an account is required to purchase, save, and retrieve a paid report.

Entertainment and Self-Reflection Only

All readings are for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other expert advice. Do not rely on tarot readings for important life decisions without appropriate professional guidance.

Free Usage and Rate Limits

Free AI-interpreted readings may be subject to daily rate limits. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue limits or features at any time to protect service quality and prevent abuse.

Paid Digital Reports

A paid report is a personalized digital service generated from the cards, orientations, positions, question, and context you submit. The displayed checkout amount is a one-time charge, not a subscription. Applicable taxes are handled by Creem as merchant of record and, where the product is configured as tax-inclusive, are included in the displayed total.

Delivery, Failures, and Access

Generation starts after payment confirmation and normally completes within minutes, but timing is not guaranteed. If an AI or PDF step fails, we may retry it automatically or make it available for support review; we do not intentionally substitute a low-quality fallback as the purchased report. Report access and retention follow the Privacy Policy. Keep your account session secure and contact contact@tarotwise.io if delivery remains unavailable.

Cancellation and Refunds

Because reports are personalized digital content, generation may begin immediately after payment confirmation. Refunds are handled through Creem and assessed under applicable law and the circumstances of the failed or incomplete delivery. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights. User Conduct

  • Do not use the service for unlawful purposes
  • Do not bypass rate limits or abuse the service
  • Do not use unauthorized bots or automated scraping
  • Do not interfere with service infrastructure
  • Do not submit harmful or unlawful content
  • Do not resell or commercially exploit readings without permission

Intellectual Property and AI Content

Site content, software, design, and branding belong to TarotWise or its licensors. AI-generated interpretations may be imperfect, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances, and we do not guarantee their accuracy.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, TarotWise is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
